    Are you a proactive, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an energetic and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our team!

    In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing daily front desk operations while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greet and assist all visitors and clients

    • Answer and route incoming calls; take messages as needed

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area
    • Provide general administrative support across departments

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus

    • 1–2 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

    • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

    • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude

    • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
