About the Role: BILINGUAL (English and Spanish) Our Beverly Hills practice is growing and we are looking for a polished, dependable Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face and operational support of our office. This role is ideal for someone with a bubbly, positive attitude who is ready to hustle, show up consistently Monday–Friday from 9 AM–5 PM, and help keep the front desk, patient experience, and daily office flow running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Answer and route incoming calls in a warm, professional manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Compile, organize, and upload paperwork for patient charts and the surgery center
Support patient relations across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front office
Partner with the Patient Care Coordinator on lead management and converting prospective patients
Use our CRM to track inquiries, follow-ups, and patient communication
Other administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Prior plastic surgery office preferred
