    We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading Pain Management Clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and facilitating a welcoming environment for all patients and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a positive first impression.
    - Manage and optimize the scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources and minimal waiting times.
    - Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
    - Verify patient information and insurance details, and update records as necessary.
    - Handle patient inquiries regarding services and billing, providing accurate information or directing queries to the appropriate department.
    - Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
    - Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient care.
    - Process patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all required documentation is completed and accurate.
    - Assist with office administration tasks such as filing, mailing, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
    - Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
    - Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
