Are you a customer service star with a creative side and a love for kids? Pigtails & Crewcuts is a high-end, high-volume children's salon that also serves moms and dads. We’re on the hunt for a fun, professional, and energetic team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences and help grow our brand on social media.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting and checking in families with warmth and professionalism

Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer flow

Creating a tidy, cheerful, and family-friendly salon atmosphere

Managing and growing our social media presence — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Using Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, track engagement, and respond to comments/messages

Supporting stylists and fellow teammates as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

A people-person who loves working with kids and families

A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment

Someone patient and upbeat — especially with wiggly little customers!

A warm, honest, positive thinker who loves to make people smile

Required: Experience creating and posting social media content for a business or brand

Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite is a must

Bonus if you have a creative eye for reels, short-form video, or content calendars!
