    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Prudent seeks a Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator to join our team either part-time or full-time ****. The Receptionist/ Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.

    What you'll be able to do:

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
    • Maintain the front desk and common areas to ensure they are organized and presentable
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
    • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, copying, and document preparation
    • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Assist with processing insurance requests and providing status updates as needed
    • Communicate with internal staff regarding insurance requests when necessary
    • Assist with onboarding and other HR-related administrative tasks as needed
    • Coordinate with other departments to support daily office operations
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Other duties as assigned.

    The minimum requirements we seek:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
    • 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid NYS driver's license required
