Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming heart of our clinic. You will play a critical role in the patient’s journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from their first interaction through the completion of their care plan.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Welcome & Flow: Greet patients with a warm smile, manage the check-in/out process, and maintain a high-energy, professional office atmosphere.
Scheduling: Manage patient appointments across all phases of care using our practice management software.
Communication: Answer and return calls professionally, follow up with new patient leads, and build strong rapport to guide patients through their onboarding.
Financial Management: Collect payments, manage financial accounts, and clearly educate patients on care plans and financial expectations (insurance vs. self-pay).
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, request medical records (MRIs, history), and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Internal Marketing: Assist with social media content and patient engagement initiatives to support office growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–2 years in a medical front desk or administrative role preferred.
Communication: Superior verbal and written skills with an ability to connect with people and empower them to reach their health goals.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with multi-line phone systems, MS Office, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Mindset: Energetic, confident, and team-oriented personality who genuinely cares about patient outcomes.
Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced wellness environment.
