    Active Chiropractic is a busy integrated Chiropractic Practice based in Eugene, Oregon. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional healthcare and customer services to Eugene/Springfield and surrounding region.

    We are seeking a vibrant, friendly, organized, mature-minded, service-oriented professional to join our Active team.

    As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and schedule coordinator for our providers. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, great telephone manners, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

    Responsibilities

    Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

    Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

    Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services.

    Take payments

    Type emails and other correspondence

    Maintain patient records and respect confidentiality

    Comply with clinic policies and procedures

    Involvement in marketing and public relations projects

    Provide general reception and office support (basic computer and word processing skills is essential)

    Maintain office presentation, general cleaning duties

    Qualifications

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.

    Experience in a similar health care support role would be favorable but not essential.

    Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers and scheduling software

    Excellent multi-tasking skills.

    Is proactive, organized, reliable and consistent in their work.

    Works well independently and within the team.

    Has a strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile.

    Initiative to step up and solve problems.

    Hours - Our normal clinic hours are 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-2pm Friday.

    The role will be full-time. Pay $18-$22/hr., depending on experience, plus $500 signing bonus payable after 90 days.
