About the Role We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate – Stretch Practitioner to join our team. This role blends front desk operations, membership sales, and hands-on stretch services to ensure every member receives an exceptional experience.
As a key member of our studio team, you will greet and assist clients, support daily operations, guide prospective members through our service offerings, and provide practitioner-led stretching sessions after completing our required certification.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to all members and guests
Perform front desk duties including check-ins, scheduling, membership support, and maintaining studio organization
Educate prospective clients on services, memberships, and promotions to support sales goals
Conduct assisted stretch sessions following completion of company training and certification
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment
Contribute positively to team goals and overall studio culture
Training & Certification
Completion of 16 hours of virtual training required
Completion of a 2-day, in-person company certification required to perform stretch services
All training provided by the company
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest or background in fitness, wellness, kinesiology, or athletics preferred
Ability to learn and apply hands-on stretch techniques (training provided)
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential
Schedule
This is a part-time position
Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred
