Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Tempe. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in—or call—our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner

Schedule appointments efficiently to support providers and treatment room flow

Maintain accurate patient records, including personal, medical, and billing info

Process payments, manage invoices, and monitor inventory

Educate clients on our services and membership options

Support providers before and after treatments to ensure smooth operations

Keep the reception area clean, calm, and welcoming

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services and functional medicine principles

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of customer service or front desk experience

Sales or membership-based service experience is strongly preferred

Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or functional medicine setting is a plus

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Comfortable with scheduling and point-of-sale systems

Passionate about health, wellness, and client care
