    Location: In Person / Ontario, California • 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • Full-time/Hourly

    Position Ashtel Studios is seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, partners, and visitors, making professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude essential. They will report to the E-Commerce Manager. Job Responsibilities

    Greet visitors and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and third-party marketplaces promptly + professionally to ensure a positive resolution experience

    Process + track customer product replacements, maintaining accurate records

    Coordinate + package sample requests for Sales, Production, and Design teams, logging a detailed inventory of incoming and outgoing shipments

    Assist with data entry and other sales-related correspondence and tasks as needed

    Run small errands and assist with occasional ad-hoc requests

    Order + track office and kitchen equipment to maintain inventory supplies

    Keep the front desk, reception area, and conference room clean, organized, and welcoming

    Coordinate with fulfillment and production teams to resolve order discrepancies

    Support Sales, E-Commerce, and QA teams with customer insights, reports, and follow-up communications

    Qualifications

    Bilingual skills are required

    Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar front-facing role

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    A collaborative team player with a positive, “how can I help?” mindset

    Time management skills
