Columbia Auto Body is a busy, fast-paced collision repair facility seeking a motivated and dependable Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raynham. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and repair status
Assist appraisers with paperwork and administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Support daily front office operations and maintain an organized workspace
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Proficient with computers and office software
Knowledge of CCC One is a huge plus
Bilingual in Portuguese is a bonus
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
