About the Role:
The Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and providing administrative and customer support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website or in person
- Process customer requests, complaints, and service needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Support other departments with customer service-related duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or reception role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency with basic office equipment
