Our Facility Support Specialists are energetic and excited to help members of our community to take the first step and stay committed to their fitness goals. They are very involved in the recruiting and selling of new members and retention of our current members.

Position Details:

Primary Role / Activity Focus: (% time) Description

• 50% Engage with members coming in for classes. Check them in and answer any membership-related questions.
• 20% Facility upkeep. Cleanliness of front desk/lobby area.
• 20% Answer phone calls and incoming messages from current and prospective members.
• 10% Other tasks assigned.
