Job Summary

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

What You’ll Do:

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to leads and book consultations

Nurture prospects through the sales process and close memberships

Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records

Be able to sale memberships

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in sales or marketing (fitness industry preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Social media content creation experience

High-energy, goal-driven personality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Availability Monday - Friday from 8 am - 2 pm
