We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to enhance daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it reflects company standards.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments to support daily business functions.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
