    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

    • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

    • Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings

    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management

    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations

    • Provide general information and support to clients, staff, and guests

    • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
