This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
Provide general information and support to clients, staff, and guests
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
