Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces
Maintain front office appearance, supplies, and cleanliness
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries
Handle basic customer service issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
