    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously

    • Manage front desk activities including phone calls, emails, and scheduling

    • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

    • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling

    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

    • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
