We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors, while also supporting internal administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously
Manage front desk activities including phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
