The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset while supporting daily front office operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors, students, and guests in a professional and courteous manner

    • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as needed

    • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and front office files

    • Coordinate communication between departments when required

    • Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and professional

    • Support administrative tasks and assist leadership with daily operations
