We are seeking a polished and reliable Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for Skillbridge Academy. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional experience for visitors, students, and internal teams. Responsibilities
Greet visitors, students, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as needed
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and front office files
Coordinate communication between departments when required
Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and professional
Support administrative tasks and assist leadership with daily operations
