We are looking for a highly organized and professional Front Desk Executive to join our administrative team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting essential daily office operations. Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls
Maintain visitor logs and issue guest badges when necessary
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks and office supplies inventory
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked
Support internal departments with clerical duties as required
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
