Key Responsibilities
Patient Connection: Warmly greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out.
Communication: Managing phones and text messaging with a professional, friendly tone.
Scheduling: Coordinating the daily schedule for maximum efficiency.
Insurance and Billing: Verifying benefits through portals and phone calls, also handling patient billing with a compassionate touch.
Qualifications
Previous dental/medical front desk experience preferred, but we will train a fast learner with the right personality.
Proficiency in computer skills. Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
High level of integrity, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
