    As the first and last impression of Crown & Raine, the Front Desk Host plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is a blend of luxury hospitality, front desk coordination, and behind-the-scenes support. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with bookings, ensuring operational flow, and upholding cleanliness standards that reflect the Crown & Raine brand. Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations • Greet each client with warmth, professionalism, and elevated service • Check in and check out guests efficiently using the booking platform • Offer beverages, snacks, and luxury touches to elevate the experience • Educate clients on product offerings, memberships, and rebooking options • Manage daily appointment flow and adjust for last-minute changes • Confirm appointments for the following day • Ensure credit cards are on file for all bookings Booking & Communication • Answer all DMs, phone calls, and online messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner • Post and boost openings on social media to fill same-day and next-day gaps • Call and schedule waitlist clients when availability opens • Rebook guests at checkout to meet company retention goals (30%+) Cleanliness & Setup • Clean and sanitize headspa beds and bowls after every client • Sanitize tools, trays, and equipment between each use • Stock rooms with fresh towels, hair wraps, and products • Restock beverage area, snacks, and client amenities • Keep the front desk, waiting area, and bathroom spotless at all times • Reset and align beds properly to ensure a luxury presentation for each appointment Product & Inventory Support • Sticker and stock retail products • Track and restock front desk supplies and spa essentials as needed • Assist in keeping an accurate inventory of beverages, wine, and client amenities Qualifications: Requirements: • Positive, polished, and luxury-driven customer service skills • Detail-oriented and able to manage a fast-paced schedule • Comfortable with technology and booking platforms Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
