Job Summary

InMotion Wellness Studio is looking for an outgoing, organized administrative assistant to help schedule appointments via phone calls and text messaging. This team member will be the first point of contact for new members scheduling sessions and inquiring about the services we offer. The position is located in our Corporate Office in West Ashley. This team member will be responsible for ~150 outbound phone calls and text message to schedule initial sessions for our studios. This position will cover studios in other cities and states remotely.

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 1pm to 8pm. Weekend hours are available.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments over the telephone. On average, there will be ~150 outbound phone calls to prospects and members of our studios.

Correspond in a timely manner to incoming text messages.

Handle member accounts regards scheduling, billing and renewals.

Qualifications

Professional and friendly phone etiquette.

Passion for improving health through exercise and stretching.

Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.
