We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Front Desk & Lead Nurture Specialist to join our team. This role is more than checking people in- you'll be the heartbeat of our business, following up with leads, booking trials, and making sure every visitor feels like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing & Sales Support
Call, Text and email incoming leads within minutes
Schedule trials and assessments
Follow up with no-shows and former members
Track and update lead statuses in our CRM
Assist with promotions, referrals, and events
Front Desk Operations
Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm
Manage check-ins, waivers, and facility cleanliness
Answer phones, respond to DMs and assist with retail sales
Support coaches and General Manager as needed
Qualifications:
Outgoing, friendly and confident communicator
Comfortable on the phone and in person
Highly organized and detail- oriented
Previous fitness, sales, or front desk experience a plus
Must be available some weekends
Bonus If You Have:
Familiarity with Mindbody system
Experience in a gym, studio or athletic facility
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - not required, but helpful
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14-$17 per hour + performance bonuses (Potential for growth into full-time or leadership roles)
