Responsibilities: • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive. • Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision and care, maintaining our high standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas to create a pleasant environment. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, enhancing their stay. • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications: • Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals. • Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. • Familiarity with food safety and health regulations to ensure a safe dining experience. • Experience in inventory management or willingness to learn and adapt quickly. • Must be able to work weekends. Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
