Job Summary

Level Fitness is looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. This role combines customer service and sales, with a strong focus on converting prospects into members. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with people, giving detailed facility tours, and confidently presenting membership options to help potential members choose the plan that best fits their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with a welcoming and professional attitude

Check members in and assist with questions regarding memberships, services, and amenities

Conduct engaging and thorough facility tours for prospective members

Explain membership options and highlight the value of premium memberships and amenities

Actively sell memberships and assist prospects through the sign-up process

Identify opportunities to upsell memberships, personal training, and additional services

Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries about the gym

Process new memberships, renewals, and retail purchases

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

Promote gym programs, promotions, and events

Support management with administrative tasks as needed

Pay Structure

$20/hour $10 commission on Base Level Membership sales $20 commission on Premium Level Membership sales

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable with sales, upselling, and closing memberships

Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Basic computer skills and ability to use POS or membership systems

Passion for health and fitness is a plus

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles

Experience working in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment

Experience giving tours, presentations, or selling memberships
