    Position Overview: The Front Desk Liaison serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and delivery personnel. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, directing inquiries, supporting order processing, and assisting with daily showroom and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service & Front Desk Duties

    Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.

    Direct customers to appropriate sales staff or showroom areas.

    Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the correct departments.

    Provide general product and service information when needed.

    Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and showroom entrance.

    Order & Administrative Support

    Assist with checking in customers picking up tile orders.

    Verify order numbers, IDs, and paperwork before coordinating with warehouse staff.

    Enter basic customer information or updates into the systems.

    Support sales staff with printing invoices and pick-lists.

    Warehouse & Showroom Coordination

    Communicate with warehouse team regarding order status, loading times, and customer wait times.

    Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup.

    Professional Conduct

    Ensure all company policies are followed by visitors and customers (e.g., safety protocols, no-children policy if applicable).

    Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and escalate to management when needed.

    Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and customer interaction.

    Qualifications:

    Prior front desk, customer service, or office experience preferred.

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for warehouse/showroom environments.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to multitask in a busy showroom/warehouse setting.

    Comfortable using basic computer programs (POS, CRM, email, printer/scanner).

    Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

    Ability to stand for long periods during peak hours.

    Comfortable working in a showroom connected to an active warehouse.
