Responsibilities: • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
