Job Summary

Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic part-time unpaid intern that can help with either the early hours or late shift and weekends at our Icebox Cryotherapy Westminster location. This position is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience. We love people who are obsessed with health and wellness! Great opportunity for wellness students and Esthetician students to get experience in exchange for hours if your program allows! Free wellness services to utilize when not working.

Responsibilities

This unpaid Internship will give experience shadowing seasoned Estheticians, working with clients, booking and upselling, wellness modalities including cryo facials, cryotherapy, redlight, compression, and more!

Ensure ICEBOX branding and culture through consistency and continuity in all actions.

Create relationships with clients to further personalize their experience.

Promote and educate clients on company products and culture.

Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.

Proactively attend to clients to ensure quality customer service.

Answer customer queries regarding services.

Recommend & select services and packages.

Make calls to potential new members utilizing opportunity list.

Participate in community connect events.

Maintain the cleanliness of the studio.

Schedule appointments using Zenoti Software.

Qualifications

Solid verbal and written communication skills required.

Ability to multi-task and manage client concerns.

Ability to work and function in a team environment.

Health & Fitness-minded people strongly preferred.
