    Be the first impression and the heartbeat of our luxury grooming experience. As a Front Desk team member, you create the welcoming, upscale atmosphere that sets the tone for every client’s visit. You’ll manage bookings, greet guests, introduce memberships, and ensure seamless operations so our team can focus on delivering the exceptional services that help men be their best selves.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver outstanding client service from the moment guests walk in
    • Handle scheduling, check-in/out, and retail/product sales
    • Promote memberships and additional services with confidence
    • Support the full team in maintaining a clean, professional shop

    Requirements

    • Previous customer service or front desk experience (salon/spa/hospitality preferred)
    • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence
    • Genuine ability to build meaningful relationships with clients — because lasting connections are what create loyal guests and dedicated members
    • Sales-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help clients
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends required (Friday and/or Saturday)
