Responsibilities: • Act as the manager on duty during the evening and night hours • Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care • Perform Night Audit procedures, including daily closing and reconciliation • Support, guide, and assist front desk team members • Ensure hotel safety and guest satisfaction during overnight hours Qualifications: • Previous front desk or night audit experience (hotel experience preferred) • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and guest service abilities • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Compensation: $19.50 - $22 hourly
