    Job Overview: The Front Desk Office Administrator is the first point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. This role supports the Office Manager and team by handling phone calls, managing leads, and providing excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk to greet clients, vendors, and guests.

    Handle lead management and ensure timely follow-up.

    Assistant to office manager ( logging receipts)

    Accept and organize deliveries; confirm orders with customers as needed.

    Oversee fleet management, including scheduling and maintenance tracking.

    Prepare job binders, sales folders, and project documentation.

    Monitor and respond to customer reviews; assist with warranty work and data entry.

    Manage office inventory, including stocking and ordering supplies.

    Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for subcontractors

    Run company errands as needed to support office and field operations.

    Share company announcements and updates via GroupMe. ( employee birthdays)

    Coordinate company event planning.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; a sunny disposition is a must!

    Excellent communication skills – we're talking top-notch phone etiquette and the ability to communicate with a smile.

    Organizational guru – ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a cool, calm, and collected vibe.

    A knack for making people feel at ease and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

    Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory. Your attitude and willingness to learn weigh more!
