    Location: Hampton Inn & Suites, Stephenville, TX
    Reports To: Front Office Manager / General Manager
    Schedule: Full-time, Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

    Job Summary:

    As a Front Desk Officer for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift at Hampton Inn & Suites Stephenville, you are the first point of contact for our guests during the evening hours. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, manage guest inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous check-in and check-out services

    • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via the property management system (OnQ experience is a plus)

    • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner

    • Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized front desk area

    • Verify guest identification, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions securely

    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and resolve guest concerns

    • Handle minor guest complaints or escalate to management when necessary

    • Complete end-of-shift reports and daily audit tasks as required

    • Comply with hotel security, safety, and brand standards at all times

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure

    • Basic computer literacy; experience with hotel property management systems preferred

    • Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

    • Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
