About the Role:

Lake Lucerne Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry in Orlando, FL is looking for a warm, motivated Front Desk Patient Advocate to be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage

Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and handle billing inquiries

Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information

Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and follow up on treatment plans

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office

Requirements:

Prior dental or medical front desk experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix)

Familiarity with patient communication systems (NexHealth, Weave)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes (Overjet)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Multi-lingual skills (we speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi at our office)

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy front office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
