We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our therapist-owned physical therapy practice in Exton, PA.

This part-time evening position is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM Approximately 16 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable and welcome

Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments

Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information

Assist with patient paperwork and collect payments as needed

Support our physical therapists with day-to-day administrative needs

Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting

Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and team members
