We are seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk / Patient Services Representative to join our pediatric office. This role is the first point of contact for patients and families and helps create a positive experience for every visit.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families and answer phones
Schedule appointments and verify patient and insurance information
Collect co-pays and process payments
Communicate with clinical staff and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort working with children
Work Environment:
Outpatient pediatric office with daytime hours
