    About the Role:

    100 Black Men of America Inc. is looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization in Atlanta, GA.     General Responsibilities:

    Greet and direct visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner

    Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence

    Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

    Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

    Provide administrative support to staff including data entry, filing, and document preparation

    Assist with coordination of events, programs, and organizational initiatives

    Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

    2-4 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

    Passion for community service and nonprofit work is a plus
