About the Role:

Alamo Hills Advanced Aesthetics & Laser is looking for a polished and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our thriving aesthetic practice in Simi Valley, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the fast-growing beauty and wellness industry where every day you'll help clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients/clients with a warm, professional demeanor

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software

Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office supply management

Requirements:

1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (medical or aesthetic setting preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Office, or similar tools

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment

Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and discretion

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
