    The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing personalized service to customers arrival and during car delivery. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist will perform all Front Office functions, not limited to assisting customers in other areas when needed. Lastly, the Front Desk Receptionist will promote detailing services and anticipate customer needs to promote higher customer satisfaction. This is a 40 hour per week position, full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:45pm. Strong and on-time attendance record is a MUST!

    Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel Experience is REQUIRED for this position.

    Being Detail-Oriented is a must for this position.

    Greet all customers upon contact.

    Provide parking guidance and help answer customer questions.

    Check-in customer vehicles and help deliver upon service completion.

    Do all check ins tasks which includes filling out spreadsheet, taking initial photos, tagging customer cars, and e-mailing work order to verify accuracy of job.

    Assist manager and owner of the shop with tasks on making sure efficiency is met to complete vehicles for customer

    Manage multiple phone calls, radio calls, e-mails and or requests.

    Help occasionally drive vehicles around parking lot and rarely delivering cars to body shop.

    Maintain office appearance to be clean and clear of congestion

    Promote services, facilities and anticipate customer's needs to promote higher customer satisfaction.

    Demonstrate high and professional standards and behaviors.

    Maintain work orders and spreadsheet for customers and shop employees to maintain shop efficiency and accuracy

    WORK CLOSELY with management team on advertising and promos.

    Help with photos, videos, and social media presence.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Knowledge of computers/Internet navigation.

    Comfortable communicating on the phone is a must

    Ability to work well in a team environment

    Great organization skills

    Assist in making sure office is clean and tidy

    Strong and on-time attendance record is a must.

    Valid Class C Drivers License is required for this position to move vehicles.
