Overview We are a busy and client-focused law firm seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in various office software, and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
Assist with administrative tasks including typing correspondence and reports
Support staffs/team members, attorneys with various office management duties as needed
Experience
Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and calendar management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role
