About the Role:

Clifton Endodontics is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist, for Tuesday and Wednesday, to be the welcoming face of our dental specialty practice in Clifton, NJ. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Verify dental insurance eligibility and assist with billing and co-pay collection

Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office

Handle patient correspondence, referral communications, and office administrative tasks

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare front desk role preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) a plus

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude

High school diploma or equivalent required
