Are you looking for a great opportunity to join and progress in the legal service field? We’re not your average law firm. We’re a fast-growing, forward-thinking team focused on delivering exceptional service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. We’re looking for a Client Concierge who is ready to jump in, take initiative, and create an outstanding first impression for everyone who contacts or visits our office. As the Client Concierge, you will build strong relationships with individuals who contact our firm seeking assistance, serving as the first point of contact and creating a welcoming, organized, and client-focused environment. You will be responsible for making a positive first impression by warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone, ensuring every interaction is professional, engaging, and leaves clients feeling informed, comfortable, and valued. In this role, you will also handle general inquiries while demonstrating a high level of empathy, experience, and skill. Your contributions will be integral to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for clients and everyone else who visits our firm. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance coverage, dental and vision insurance, and the option to participate in our retirement savings plan with employer match. We pay 100% of the premiums for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Responsibilities: We work with people experiencing a combination of stress, anxiety, sadness, confusion, and sometimes anger. We are looking for someone who can dig in to find how to help people (even when they seem unlovable). If this sounds like you, we look forward to meeting you. Responsibilities also include: • Preparing meeting rooms • Offering refreshments and maintaining a polished office setting • Coordinating client visits by providing directions, parking information, and other accommodations as needed This position plays a key role in supporting client retention by enhancing the overall client experience. While training will be provided on our legal practice areas, lead tracking processes, and internal systems, we are looking for someone who already has experience in relationship management, greeting clients, and handling phone communications, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism. Qualifications: • Customer service experience is required. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus (but not required). • You are highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks with little supervision. • You have excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills and can represent our firm with professionalism and warmth. • You understand the importance of relationship management and follow through diligently on scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as needed. • You demonstrate good judgment in handling sensitive client matters and day-to-day decisions. • You are punctual and understand that being on time reflects respect for others' time and trust. • You bring a natural sense of warmth, positivity, and professionalism to your interactions with clients and team members. • You demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail, which are required to avoid mistakes that can cost clients (and us) dearly. • You maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive client information. • You are comfortable using office technology, including scheduling systems, email platforms, and Google Workspace (or similar tools). • You are adaptable and able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment. • You are a team player who collaborates effectively with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Compensation: $40,000 yearly + performance based incentive compensation
