    Our medical spa client is seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated self-starter who thrives in a wellness-focused environment? Our client is looking for a skilled and versatile professional to serve as the Front Desk and Medical Assistant playing a vital role in both patient experience and operational support.

    This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being the friendly face of the business, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience in a wellness clinic with a strong focus on hormones, peptides, aesthetics, and overall health optimization.

    What You Will Do

    • Welcome every patient warmly, creating a professional, friendly, and inviting first impression

    • Manage all front desk communications, including answering phones, emails, text messages, and in-person inquiries

    • Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using the clinic's EMR/booking system with precision and efficiency

    • Oversee the patient flow to ensure smooth transitions from check-in to treatment to checkout

    • Provide accurate information on services, treatment programs, membership options, pricing, and promotions

    • Process payments and handle billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions

    • Promote retail products, wellness services, and aesthetic treatments, helping patients maximize their results

    • Maintain front desk organization, including stocking forms, business cards, and marketing materials

    • Assist with event coordination, patient appreciation days, and educational wellness seminars

    • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA

    • Support inventory management for both treatment rooms and retail shelves

    • Collaborate with medical, wellness, and aesthetic staff to ensure the best possible patient experience

    What You Bring to the Table

    • 2+ years of experience in medical assistant and/or front desk role

    • Previous experience in a wellness clinic, med spa, or medical office

    • Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling systems and EMR software

    • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics

    • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment

    Compensation & Schedule

    • Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

    • Schedule: 1 PM–6 PM, 4–5 days per week
