We’re a well-established chiropractic and massage clinic in Seattle looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is an important position in our patient care experience—perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. • Part-Time: 20–30 hours/week to start • Some flexibility required; additional hours may become available • Ideal for someone looking to grow into a long-term role • In-house training provided • Potential for increased hours and advancement • Supportive, team-oriented workplace Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients in person and on the phone • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination • Respond to emails from patients, providers, and insurance companies • Verify insurance and answer general coverage questions • Collect payments and process patient charges • Scan and organize patient documents and forms • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area • Support the team with general administrative tasks Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment • Experience in a front-desk, medical office, or customer-facing role • Chiropractic or insurance experience is a plus (training provided) • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software • Positive attitude with initiative and a solution-focused mindset Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
