    The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for participants, families, visitors, and community partners. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front-desk operations, assisting with participant registration and attendance processes, and supporting the program's overall administrative functions.

    The Front Desk Receptionist helps create a welcoming, professional, and organized environment while ensuring efficient communication and the smooth operation of daily operations.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Front Desk Operations

    Greet and assist participants, families, visitors, and community partners.

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

    Maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.

    Monitor front desk operations and reception area.

    Administrative Support

    Assist with participant registration and enrollment processes.

    Maintain program forms, records, and files.

    Support data entry and administrative tasks as assigned.

    Assist with scheduling meetings and events.

    Participant & Family Support

    Provide information regarding programs, services, and activities.

    Support family engagement and communication efforts.

    Direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.

    Compliance & Safety

    Maintain confidentiality of participant and family information.

    Follow organizational policies and procedures.

    Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education

    High School Diploma or GED required.

    Experience

    Customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.

    Experience working in community-based or youth-serving organizations preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Strong customer service skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
