We are looking for a friendly and helpful Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the day both over the phone and in person.
Receptionist duties including but not limited to.
· Greet and provide excellent customer service to all visitors and customers.
· Follow up daily on all customer leads via phone calls. Must be able to make 40+ phone calls per day.
· Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to team members.
· Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, emailing, filing, proof reading and photocopying.
· Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Ability to multi-task and handle many different projects at one time.
· Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
