    Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist at Kirar Superior Healthcare serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience through professional front desk operations, clear communication, and courteous service. The front desk receptionist has strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and natural professionalism, ensuring efficient clinic operations while upholding patient confidentiality and care standards.

    Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations

    Manage daily front desk activities including patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic or manual systems

    Verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation

    Handle payments, billing inquiries, and receipts as required

    Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

    Patient Experience

    Greet patients and visitors with warmth, respect, and professionalism

    Address patient questions, concerns, and requests promptly and empathetically

    Support a calm and reassuring environment for patients and families

    Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with healthcare regulations

    Communication Skills

    Answer and route incoming phone calls in a clear, courteous, and timely manner

    Communicate effectively with clinical staff, management, and external partners

    Provide clear instructions and information to patients regarding appointments, procedures, and policies

    Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills when addressing patient needs
