Company: Coradi Contracting Location: Virginia Beach, VA Pay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time
Coradi Contracting is a growing bathroom and kitchen remodeling company in Virginia Beach. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Lead Management Coordinator to join our team and help create a professional, organized, and welcoming experience for our clients from the very first phone call.
This position is a key part of our office team. You will help answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming leads, support the sales team, keep the office organized, and assist with administrative projects. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers and team members throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and organize incoming sales leads
Pre-screen potential clients and enter lead information into BuilderTrend
Follow up with leads to collect missing information, including project photos
Assign completed leads to the appropriate salesperson
Help rehash older leads and revive past opportunities
Monitor office supplies and help keep the office organized
Assist with sales/job folder preparation
Send client review requests after completed jobs
Complete Schluter warranty registrations for completed jobs
Help with company events, announcements, birthday cards, and special projects
Monitor security cameras and help maintain awareness of deliveries, visitors, and front-office activity
Manage incoming deliveries and make sure packages are received, noticed, and directed to the appropriate person
Assist with basic marketing or administrative projects when needed
Qualifications
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
Strong communication and phone skills
Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers and team members
Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear
Ability to speak up, follow through, and stand behind responsibilities
Organized and detail-oriented
Team-player mindset with a helpful attitude
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to follow up consistently and keep accurate notes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with Builder Trend, CRM systems, or construction/remodeling is a plus, but not required
Administrative, receptionist, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
