The front desk personnel play a crucial role in shaping the MRSC club experience each day. Their primary responsibility is to greet customers with an energetic and welcoming tone, ensuring that every guest feels acknowledged and valued as they enter the club.
Daily Duties
Customer Greeting and Guidance: Each customer is welcomed enthusiastically and provided with guidance to help them navigate the various club services and amenities.
Phone and Data Management: Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally is essential. Additionally, it is vital to accurately enter data into Court Reserve as part of the daily workflow.
End-of-Shift Procedures
At the conclusion of each shift, the front desk person is responsible for closing up the club. This includes ensuring that all areas are secure and that the club is fully prepared to open smoothly for the next day's activities.
