We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at our Houston office. This role helps maintain smooth office operations and supports internal teams with administrative tasks.
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces
Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization
Support operations and administrative teams with clerical tasks
Maintain office supplies and reception area organization
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Pay: $17–$24 per hour (experience-based)
